Dr. Cass Ingram to release a new book this year on Lyme Disease. Here is a preview of some of the recipes that will appear in the book!
Wild Berry B Vitamin Shake
Handful of fresh or frozen wild berries (if not available, use frozen or fresh organic blueberries plus raspberries)
yolks of two raw organic or free range eggs
2 T. Purely B powder
2 tsp. wild baobab powder
2 T. raw honey
2 T. raw pine nuts
water or juice to desired thickness
Instructions: In a high-speed blender blend all ingredients until creamy. Drink as a meal or between meals energizer.
Wild Forest Chaga ‘n Berry Blast
2 tsp. micropulverized chaga with birch bark (as Chag-o-Charge tea or other)
one or two T. Purely B
contents one capsule Purely C
handful wild berries, fresh or frozen (if not available, use combination of organic berries)
handful wild nuts, pine nuts, brazil nuts, or wild hickory nuts
yolk of one egg
water or juice to desired thickness – note, you can use organic carrot juice for this, the pasteurized form seems to be better for shakes; it’s delicious)
 
Instructions: In a high-speed blender blend until creamy or well blended. Use as a meal by itself or a between meals energizer.
Special Cardiac Lyme Regenerative Shake
yolks of two organic eggs (or use entire raw eggs, if desired)
2 T. Purely B
1 dropperful Purely E (or contents of two capsules)
contents one capsule Purely C
handful organic strawberries
2 T. Mediterranean-source pomegranate syrup (PomaMax)
2 tsp. red sour grape powder
1 T. pine nuts (optional)
1 T. raw coconut cream or fat
water or juice to desired thickness
Instructions: In a high-speed blender blend until creamy or well blended. This recipe represents major nourishment for the heart muscle in the form of the full complex of B vitamins plus coconut medium chain triglycerides and sour flavonoids as well as, of course, vitamin E and vitamin C.
Neurlogical Lyme Regenerative Shake
yolks of three organic eggs
2 T. Purely B
contents 2 Purely C capsules
1/2 dropperful Purely E (or contents of one capsule)
tsp. or two micropulverized chaga
handful wild or organic blueberries
2 T. raw coconut cream or fat
1 T. pine nut oil, Siberian-source (see Americanwildfoods.com)
water or juice (note, you can use organic carrot juice for this, the pasteurized form seems to be better for shakes; it’s delicious)
Instructions:In a blender blend until smooth or cream, adding water to desired thickness.
